Return, Cancellation & Delivery Policies
Returned purchases are allowed for stock items and quantities more than what is needed by the customer provided they are returned within 30 days of the date of delivery and are in good condition.
The customer presents the invoice to TMP where the goods are inspected in the presence of the customer or his/her representative to be satisfied with the quantity and physical condition. Where we are satisfied, the refund is made on the same day. If we are not satisfied with the physical condition and quantities as were delivered to the customer, no refund will be made, and the goods will be returned to the customer.
Where returned goods are accepted, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Goods made to customers’ specifications will not be accepted as returned goods.
The purchase of stock items may be canceled within 48 hours of payment, but goods made to the customer’s specifications cannot be canceled where production has already started. There is no penalty for cancellation and TMP does not cancel customers’ orders but produces and delivers the goods as per our agreement.
We encourage our customers to collect their goods within 30 days of purchase, as we will not be held responsible for goods left in our warehouse after 30 days.
Customers must be present to verify the accuracy of the goods being delivered. If there are delays in delivery, which happen quite infrequently, we apologize to our customers for the inconvenience
